Việc làm Talent Acquisition - Chuyên Viên Tuyển Dụng Nhân Tài (Hồ Chí Minh)

Working location: Tan Cu li, HCMC

  • Conducting talent acquisition process for assigned job cấp độ (sourcing, testing, scheduling, interviewing, selecting, etc…) to ensure candidates’ qualification;
  • Assisting the Recruitment Manager/ Assistant Manager;
  • Screening CVs and maintaining application files of external applicants;
  • Coordinating internal job posting and internal transfer programs;
  • Administering new hire procedures, including checking references if it is necessary;
  • Implement and administrating the Information System to effectively and efficiently manage all recruitment and candidates’ data/information;
  • Ensuring that recruiting activities are in compliance with government regulations and organization policies, procedures;
  • Assisting with the development of recruiting advertising;
  • Organizing and participating in recruitment events e.g. recruitment / job fairs, career days, university/ school visits;
  • Supporting Recruitment Manager/ Assistant Manager to keep/maintain good relationship with vendor and outside channels on recruitment;
  • Other duties as assigned by Recruitment Manager/ Assistant Manager.
