Responsible for internal and external client relationships. Manage key international and local accounts, enabling the agency to grow existing business as well as win new business successfully.
Lead the strategic development and direction of the brand team ensuring a superior service and creative product is delivered to maximum client satisfaction

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
1. Client Service
- Manage key client relationships on senior and management màn chơi and be the main point of contact between other departments on issues relating to the strategic leadership of the account
- Lead strategic development and direction of brand management function ensuring superior quality services and products are delivered to clients, in close cooperation with Executive Creative Director and Head of Planning.
- Identify potential new business opportunities for the clients and the agency, based on market understanding and interpretation
- Propose marketing and brand promotions initiatives that successfully build the brand, increase client’s business revenues and client satisfaction on agency services
- Contribute to growth of the business ensuring the client benefit from the agency’s integration, involve other marketing related services in order to actively cultivate new and additional business
- Assimilate relevant business information necessary to develop understanding of the client business situation, including current status, competitive environment, strengths and weaknesses, opportunities, and threats
- Develop strategies, concepts and presentations
- Formulate and implement effective advertising and marketing reviews and plans for clients
- Communicate and report information to Managing Director on an ongoing basis about development of the account and assist with long-term strategic planning for future growth of the brand team, in turn contributing to the growth of the agency

2. People Development
- Actively promote a positive morale/working ethos amongst team members, be sensitive to the uncertainties within the industry and reassure staff
- Continuously review and encourage the brand team structure, assessing training needs/career development and team building in order to increase efficiency/staff competence and minimize staff turnover
- Assess direct reports in yearly evaluation process and in first 3 months of probation time
- Monitor agreed objectives and steps on an ongoing basis
- Create development plan for direct reports with analysis of potentials and final proposals for đào tạo. Instill a culture and working ethos where staff are responsible for results

3. Finance
- Control efficiency of projects
- Negotiate terms and fee structure with clients ensuring agency profitability
- Contribute to the budget process, identifying opportunities which enhance profitability
