• Main responsibilities for the role include managing and educating existing distributors, preparing annual business plans and translating these into operational plans. You will then execute these plans with the distributors within the allocated budget.
• You will seek and gain business opportunities within new markets and territories whilst establishing distributors within those markets. You will also be able to develop new products based on market needs.
• The successful candidate should have a sales background in food products at a manager sales màn chơi. You should have experience of retailers, wholesalers, HORECA, competitors, products and export regulations. You should have knowledge of each position within the Sales Team, understand how to promote our client’s products and have the ability to control budgets. It is essential you have experience of making high cấp độ decisions and have excellent Arabic and English communication skills.

- Align with the Head of Sales and Finance to develop Export Strategy and Budget

- Identify potential gaps versus target, communicate and recommend appropriate solutions

* Operation:
• Analyze and monitor the current international markets and prepare a business plan (long term and short term) to identify and develop new sales opportunities for the export of oversea.
• Develop and drive export sales activities by considering the sales offer and evaluating potential in international markets
• Ensure adherence to country specific importation legislation
• Research and identify opportunities for business development through participating in the program fairs, exhibitions, international trade
• Implement sales and distribution plans to meet customer requirements
• Execute marketing efforts and reach regular sales targets by

• Lead a team based in Ho Chi Minh with potential to increase resource as the export business grows
• Provide training and coaching to all colleagues in Business International department
